I’m a notary. Can I join the Notarize platform?

Currently, the Notarize platform is built so all notarizations are serviced by notaries who are on-staff with us. All notaries on our platform are employed by Notarize and they work from our offices in Texas and Virginia. By having the notaries be our direct employees, we can staff them 24/7/365 and ensure quality training and compliance checks. This also allows us to deliver a quality level of service to our business customers without them having to worry about the overhead and logistical concerns like E&O insurance. Our notaries are all certified by the National Notary Association.

In the future, we’ll likely open the platform for independent notaries to use the platform, but we aren't quite there yet.
