Notarize for Salesforce Is Now Available!

We’re excited to announce that Notarize is now available directly on the Salesforce AppExchange. This enables our customers to initiate, manage, and complete online notarizations without leaving the Salesforce platform.

How this integration impacts Notarize customers

Notarize for Salesforce is the first online notarization platform to launch on the AppExchange. The integration brings the following features to Notarize users:

• Ability to request a document to be digitally notarized or eSigned, which then triggers an email to a signer to begin the process
• Option to customize or templatize email messages to signers for speed and ease with fully configurable Account, Opportunity, Lead and Contact features
• Status/timestamp tracking of notarization status
• Configurable storage of completed notarization inside Salesforce

These features enhance the user experience by reducing errors, time, and money associated with the traditional, in-person and paper-based notarization process.
