The Notarize platform provides lenders and title agents alike a simpler, more convenient way to collaborate on eClosings.
This quick start page will show you how easy it is to work with your lenders and build eClosings on the Notarize platform.
You’ll receive an email notification when a lender invites you to collaborate on a transaction. Select the Add Title Documents link to get started.

Share signer and property information with your title underwriter to confirm eClosing eligibility. Once confirmed, review the transaction details and lender documents, and request edits as needed.
Click Add Documents and upload the supporting title documents either as individual files or a bookmarked PDF package.
Title Pro and Premium users will have the option to tag the documents themselves. Notarize will apply signature tags to documents uploaded by all other users.
Choose when your signers can complete their closing with our signing schedule tool.
Title Pro and Premium users will also have the choice to assign the meeting to the Notarize Notary Network or an onboarded member of their notary team.
When the transaction is ready, click the blue button at the bottom of the page.
You will receive notifications as the signer progresses through the closing process. Click here to watch a demo of the signer’s experience on the Notarize platform.
Following a successful closing session, you can sign into your Notarize account and access completed documents from your Notarize dashboard.
