Notarize your forms in minutes with Proof!

Wright-Patt Credit Union has partnered with Proof to offer a secure, digital alternative to the notarization requirement printed on your form. Complete your online transaction from this page and download the notarized form right to your device.

Please note: If you are attempting to notarize a Wright-Patt Credit Union document, please contact your Wright-Patt Credit Union representative before starting this process.

How it works

1. Upload your form

Collect all of the pages of your form as a single PDF. You can manually fill out the form prior to upload, or leave it blank and complete it on the Proof platform. However, do not sign the form before uploading. You must sign the document during the notary session.

If your form requires more than one signer, you will both need to be present in the same room to meet with the online notary. Click here for directions for multiple signers who cannot meet the notary together. Please note that this method has the highest total fee due to the separate notary sessions.

2. Verify your identity

Proof will ask you a series of questions and prompt photos of a valid, government-issued ID to quickly and securely verify your identity.

3. Connect with a live notary

In seconds, Proof will connect you with a commissioned notary over a live video feed. The notary will confirm your identity, witness your signature, and assist you throughout the process.

4. You’re finished!

After the notary meeting, Proof will prompt for credit card payment before you can access your completed forms.
