Hours of Operation for Fully Online Closings

Notaries are available six days a week to help with your closing. You don’t need to make an appointment, simply login anytime on your closing date.

  • Monday – Friday, 24 hours a day
  • Saturday from 7am-7pm EST

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does a closing meeting take?

A typical closing meeting takes 30-60 minutes. We recommend that you read the closing documents before you login to the meeting with a notary because your closing could be even shorter!

Pay attention to how  your name is listed on the documents. Your documents must be an identical match. Ask yourself these questions:
  • Does it match your ID?
  • Does your ID have a complete middle name or only an initial?
If the documents has errors, contact your title agent. They will need to make changes to your file before meeting with a notary.

How do I get my completed documents afterward?

Once your closing is complete, you can immediately retrieve their signed documents on the “Your Documents” tab in their Notarize account.
