Request for Proposal for a Qualified Contractor to Advise, Develop and Deliver eLearning Modules for Health Care Homes

The Minnesota Department of Health (MDH), Health Care Homes program (HCH), is seeking proposals from qualified responders with knowledge and experience in instructional design and eLearning to develop, produce and deliver up to 20 accessible eLearning training modules to support Minnesota’s Health Care Home program.
