FY 2022 Subcontract Agreement

The City of New York Department of Youth and Community Development agreement to engage a Subcontractor, an organization separate from and independent of the Fiscal Conduit to provide certain Program services not otherwise performed by Fiscal Conduit's paid or unpaid staff.
