Egress Easement Agreement

This agreement allows for the Grantor to grant and convey to the Grantee, their heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns and to any future owner of certain land, an easement over the Easement area located on another plot of land, as may be necessary for the purpose of egress in the event of a fire or other emergency occurring on the property of the Grantee.
