Consent to Service of Jurisdiction

Kentucky Board of Home Inspectors - the applicant seeking a Kentucky home inspector license who resides outside of Kentucky, do hereby gives irrevocable consent that legal actions may be commenced against them in the Kentucky county in which the events giving rise to the cause of action occurred.
