Applicants for the issuance of a commercial driver’s license for the purpose of operating a public school bus (City, County, State or Federal) shall be exempted from the $35 CDL Application Fee. This form must be completed in its entirety and presented to a DDS Driver’s License Examiner at the time of application for a CDL to be eligible for the fee exemption.
