Notarize Promotes Wendy Ivanoski to Chief Operating Officer

To help our dreams become reality, we're excited to announce that Wendy Ivanoski has been elevated to the role of Chief Operating Officer. Wendy joined Notarize in early 2020 as VP of Enterprise Strategy, and made an incredible impact on the organization in just a few short months.

Wendy joined Notarize after 17 years in the financial services industry. Prior to Notarize, Wendy served as the Head of Technology Program Operations at Santander US, and managed the strategic planning and execution of the full technology portfolio. Before joining Santander, Wendy led in a variety of roles across Technology, Finance, and Business Operations at State Street Corporation, including her most recent roles as Chief Investment Operations Officer for Investment Solutions at State Street Global Advisors, and Managing Director of Revenue Transformation. While Wendy has focused on transformative technologies and business methods in her career, she revels in innovating and accelerating career paths for those around her. While at State Street, Wendy led and grew the award-winning Professional Women's Network, and she is a founding member of the Financial Services Women's Executive group (FSWE).
Wendy currently lives in Dedham, Massachusetts with her family.
