We have a feedback-heavy culture at Notarize. We view feedback as an opportunity to learn how we can build a better platform, create a better community, and offer all who come through the platform a world-class experience.

And few people within Notarize are more in tune with our feedback than Nicole Clark, our Regional Head of Notary Operations.

While we receive public feedback from signers and businesses through our App Store, Google Play, and TrustPilot, some of our most vocal users are actually notaries on the platform.

Most transactions on the Notarize platform are completed by notaries, and because of the critical nature of our transactions, it's important that they have the training, tools, resources, and support to do their job right the first time.

Nicole spearheads our notary feedback program, which engages with notaries on the platform several times each week to learn what they like, what they need, and how we can build a product that better complements their responsibilities.
