This Week at Notarize: Announcing Our Integration with dotloop

Season #2 Episode #11: Featuring Joe Kazzoun of dotloop

One of our missions at Notarize is to connect businesses with solutions that make it easier to collaborate with partners and produce results.

That's why we're so excited to announce our new integration with dotloop, which will offer a simple, streamlined process for the hundreds of thousands of agents, brokers, and transactions coordinators that use dotloop each month.

To celebrate this new partnership, we were thrilled to welcome Joe Kazzoun, dotloop’s GM and VP, to “This Week at Notarize” to discuss why this partnership is such a big deal for real estate.

“The Notarize partnership offers the ultimate convenience for real estate clients, especially when in-person meetings aren’t always possible or necessary," Kazzoun said as part of our initial press announcement. "With the click of a button, clients can quickly and easily get their documents safely and securely notarized, all from the comfort of their own home.”

The integration will add to dotloop's toolbox of available solutions aimed at providing a world-class client experience. Within dotloop’s transaction management system, an agent can initiate a request for a remote online notarization through Notarize, which includes our dynamic identity proofing process and an on-demand with a commissioned remote notary.

From commercial lease agreements and parental guarantor forms to survey affidavits and more, agents can now request a notarization – all from within the dotloop experience that they know and love.

By integrating our platforms, agents and their clients will see significant time savings when notarizing critical forms like powers of attorney, lease agreements, survey affidavits, parental guarantors and other essential real estate documents.

You have notarization questions, we have notarization answers. While we at Notarize pride ourselves on providing helpful resources (like this blog!) to demystify notarization, we’re not lawyers and don’t give legal advice. Pro tip: always check with your own attorneys, advisors, or document recipients if you have further questions about notarization or digitally notarized docs.
