Notarize Welcomes LogMeIn's Brian Mirek as Vice President of Sales
When we first launched Notarize, we had an incredible amount of inbound interest. From the biggest banks and lenders in the country, to any industry that depends on thousands of notarized documents each year, it seemed that we were discovering a new use case each day. While we couldn't meet those inbound requests at the time, we knew that once we could scale while getting the customer experience right, we would be an entirely different company. Fast forward a few years later, and not only do we have the biggest lenders in the country as customers, including Guaranteed Rate, but thousands of businesses across nearly every industry now run on Notarize.
Now, we're focused on scale. To help us build our go-to-market strategy and accelerate our sales engine, I'm excited to share that Brian Mirek is joining Notarize as our Vice President of Sales.
Notarize: The Next Phase of Growth
Brian comes to Notarize from LogMeIn, where he grew the company's collaboration product business from $40M to over $500M during his three years there, establishing a best-in-class, high-velocity sales model that will be essential to Notarize’s next phase of growth.
After changing the legal landscape and winning acceptance across the country, Notarize is experiencing explosive growth across the verticals it serves. Since January of this year, our solutions for businesses, title companies, and lenders have grown 145%, 191%, and 10,000%, respectively.
That's why we're excited for the time at which Brian is joining us. He's an exceptionally creative seller and leader, which will benefit us as we serve new channels and help businesses unlock their potential with the Notarize platform. He's also going to be critical in building a sales culture across the company.
Reflecting back on this year, we've completed the country's first-ever digital Will, added Jake, Brian, and Liz as our VP of Customer Success, VP of Sales and COO respectively, and have announced that one of the largest lenders in the country, Guaranteed Rate, has completed thousands of closings on our platform.
As we sit here just weeks out from our conference, Rewired, I'm excited for the growth Notarize hasn't realized just yet. In fact, we're just getting started.
