Meet Rewired: The Real Estate Industry’s Fastest-Growing Conference

Millions of homes will soon be bought and sold entirely online, replacing pen and paper with clicks and keystrokes. That’s why today we’re proud to announce Rewired: a conference aimed at tackling the future of the real estate industry.

With featured speakers including Shane Hartzler, Fannie Mae’s Director for eMortgage Strategy and Operations, and Selene Kellam, Thrive Mortgage’s COO, we believe that Rewired will serve as the pulse for the future of the industry. 

The conference will take place Monday, November 18 at Miami’s historic Fountainbleu Hotel, and will be unlike any other real estate conference you’ve ever attended.

We’ve done away with the cookie-cutter conference where the same speakers discuss the same topics. We’re building a conference geared towards the learning, networking, and entertainment needs of the modern real estate professional.

Bigger, Bolder, Better

This won’t be our first rodeo. Last summer, we hosted three Digital Mortgage Trailblazers events in Texas that brought together industry pioneers to celebrate online notarizations going live in The Lone Star State.

Over 1,000 people registered for the events in Austin, Houston, and Dallas, and we learned a ton, including the growing value of technology in the home buying process. We’re thrilled with the rapid adoption of remote online notarization, but it’s one of many technological advances that will bring the mortgage industry into the 21st century.

We’ve seen the change firsthand. Thirteen states have adopted RON since our roadshow, and the number of eNotes added to the MERS® eRegistry during the first quarter of 2019 (19,000) exceeded the number of eNotes registered in all of 2018 (17,000).

Last year was all about blazing trails for digital processes in an analog industry. Now, it’s time to rewire the industry.
