How Elevated Title Completed 50+ Online Closings with Notarize in One Year
When Brian Lemke joined Elevated Title as Chief Business Officer nearly three years ago, he was determined to take the national title company through its next phase of growth. A pillar in the real estate industry for more than 15 years, Elevated Title was seeking new technology to drive a consumer experience built for the 21st century.
“We knew that homebuyers were becoming more tech-savvy, and the way we wanted people to close on their home simply wasn’t the way they wanted to anymore,” said Lemke. “We needed to use technology to bring the home buying and refinance process to them, on their terms.”
Elevating Their Opportunities
Home buying has undoubtedly changed over the last decade. Elevated Title began to see their target buyers and sellers turn to digital channels first, even going so far as to request fully online closings. They also realized that the real estate process of the 20th century did not fully address the demands of the modern real estate space. Between travel, work, and family, it was becoming more difficult to coordinate in-person closings.
This realization presented Elevated Title an opportunity to find a technology partner that understood their mission and would help them offer a digital title and services business nationwide.
“We chose Notarize because we saw where the market was heading,” said Lemke. “Notarize gave us the ability to use cutting-edge technology to deliver an experience that was easy, convenient, and accessible to homebuyers.”
Over 50 Online Closings and Counting
Elevated Title has completed more than 50 fully digital closings nationwide since partnering with Notarize in April of 2018. Lemke says that it’s helped them have a larger competitive advantage in this new age of choice.
“By offering online closings, we’re able to win more business and offer an experience that many homebuyers and those refinancing their homes never knew existed.”
